By accessing or using MployNow's website, web application, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all users of the platform, including candidates, employers, recruiters, and consultants.

The Service offers optional integrations with third-party services (for example, connecting your Google or Microsoft calendar to schedule interviews). When you connect such a service, you authorize MployNow to access and use the relevant data solely to provide the associated feature, as described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of any third-party service is also subject to that provider's own terms and policies, and you may disconnect an integration at any time from your settings.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by MployNow or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
For paid services, you agree to pay all fees associated with your selected service level. Payment terms vary based on whether you choose full-service / managed hiring (custom pricing) or a platform subscription. The specific fees, billing cadence, and any commitment period for a given engagement are set out in the service agreement you accept for that engagement. Except as required by law or expressly stated, fees are non-refundable.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We do not guarantee employment outcomes for candidates or successful hires for employers.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MployNow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, regardless of the cause of action or the nature of the claim, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our platform and updating the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after such changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions.
