5. Third-Party Integrations and Google User Data
MployNow integrates with optional third-party services that you choose to connect. Where you connect such a service, we access only the data needed to provide the feature, and only with your authorization.
5.1 Google Calendar
If you connect your Google Calendar (an optional step for employers during interview scheduling), MployNow requests the Google calendar.events permission so that we can:
- read your calendar's busy/free times, so we can offer candidates interview slots that do not conflict with your existing events; and
- create, update, and cancel the interview events that you schedule through MployNow on your calendar.
We do not read the content or details of your private calendar events; we use only event start and end times to determine availability. You can disconnect Google Calendar at any time from your settings, which stops all further access. We retain only the minimal references needed to manage the events MployNow created on your behalf (so they can be updated or removed).
5.2 Limited Use of Google User Data
MployNow's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google Calendar data for advertising, and we do not sell it or transfer it to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve this feature, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition.
